SHIPPING
We do our best to ship your package within 2 business days of receiving your payment. Packages are shipped via DPD Express service (delivery within 4/5 days) or equivalent courier. Deliveries to islands normally take an additional day or two.

Packaging and shipping costs for EU Countries are €15.00, free for orders of €500.00 or more. The boxes or padded envelopes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All new items for sale on this e-commerce site are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase, with replacement of the item with an identical or equivalent one. All used items for sale on this e-commerce site are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase, with replacement of the item with an identical or equivalent one. The guarantee cannot be invoked in the event of obvious tampering with the item by the customer. The cost of the return, in the event of replacement under warranty, is our responsibility.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the Customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal within the legal terms (14 days from delivery), the cost of the return will be borne by the customer. In case of withdrawal, the entire cost incurred for the initial purchase will be refunded to the Customer once we have received the return.
